The Opportunity

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on executive search.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Exceptional candidate sourcing and engagement skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and sourcing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a remote working environment and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
