We’re looking for a Multilingual Executive Search Associate to join our Wimbledon office.


This is a unique two-phase career pathway designed for those who want to combine people skills, commercial thinking, and international business exposure:


Phase 1 – Executive Search Delivery

You’ll learn how to identify and engage top executive talent for our clients. You’ll conduct research, interviews, and outreach to senior professionals while supporting key client projects across Europe and beyond.


Phase 2 – Progression into Sales & Client Development

Key Responsibilities

Executive Search Delivery (initial focus):

  • Research and identify senior-level talent for client mandates
  • Conduct direct outreach (headhunting), interviews, and assessments

  • Collaborate with internal teams on international search projects
  • Keep our CRM database accurate and up to date
  • Gather and share market intelligence to support business development


Sales & Business Development (progression focus):

  • Support client meetings, networking events, and commercial discussions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (e.g., Dutch, German, Danish, Spanish, or others)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging senior professionals

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.
  • CIPD qualified (desirable)
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple UK locations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive, trusting relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR, and recruitment best practices.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Confidence using ATS systems (ideally Talos 360) and Microsoft Office packages.
  • A clean UK driving licence (essential for travel to different sites and events).

This is a newly created opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join a growing organisation in Uxbridge. You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, using your in-house experience, ATS expertise, and commercial mindset to deliver best-in-class resourcing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand campaign needs
  • Write and post engaging adverts across platforms including LinkedIn and Hireful
  • Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to attract top talent
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communications
  • Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Complete pre-employment checks and initiate background screening
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and produce regular reports
  • Support with post-placement reviews including probation monitoring
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and recruitment KPIs
  • Provide wider HR admin support including invoice checking and audit prep

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in an in-house talent acquisition or internal recruitment role
  • Confident working with ATS platforms and recruitment software
  • Comfortable supporting a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly organised mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of Excel proficiency for reporting and tracking
  • Friendly, proactive, and collaborative approach to teamworking
  • A passion for candidate experience and employer branding
