**What you'll do:**
The Customer Advisory Architecture Advisor (AA) works closely with SAP's Sales organization and the Partner ecosystem to define the account strategy within a given industry vertical (Manufacturing, Automotive, and Services). As an Architecture Advisor (AA), you will focus on the following key areas:
**Account Planning & Architecture Management Responsibilities**
+ Support the assessment of current customer solutions from SAP and potential areas of opportunity for faster solution adoption & consumption, as well as footprint expansion.
+ Engage with customers to support sales cycles throughout the Customer Value Journey as an integral member of the SAP account team.
+ Drive business and IT architecture definitions to ensure consistency, cooperation, and alignment with SAP organizations, the customer, and partners.

+ Support customer cloud transformation roadmap definition (business and application focus).

**Being a Trusted Architecture Advisor for the Customer**
+ Align living roadmap with current adoption/solution consumption.

**What you bring:**
+ Considerable experience with software/IT organizations as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor and/or specific expertise with software solutions through Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Adoption/Consumption, Consulting or Business Development, demonstrating successful outcomes over multiple years.
+ Represent SAP as the trusted advisor within SAP and/or the market.
+ Deep knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/ PaaS models and Cloud-based commerce/ business networks.
+ Proven professional networks in the market to drive pipeline and revenue growth for SAP.
+ Proven track record of success in the selected industry area, if required.
+ Proven leadership and project management experience.
+ Proven experience of driving tangible outcomes in Enterprise Architecture for customers.
+ Fluency in English; any other language is an asset.

As a Value Advisor (VA) for Finance & Spend Management at SAP, your primary responsibility will be to define the value proposition of SAP capabilities to customers and ensure that the promised value is tracked and refined according to the customer's priorities and adopted solutions.

You will be accountable for the business, market and revenue success of a major sub solution ensuring successful market adoption and deployment.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the sub-solution, including partner and channel options to accelerate pipeline growth, bookings, and revenue.
+ Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities driven by market trends, industry insights, and customer feedback to enhance the sub-solution's success.
+ Building and presenting robust business cases for growth initiatives to Executive Leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
+ Amplifying the value proposition to the field through enablement programs, internal communication, and other outreach efforts.
+ Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and industry analysts to support business development.
+ Collaborating with product, marketing, customer success, and adoption teams to maximize customer lifetime value and ensure successful delivery.
+ Supporting strategic deals (with customers and partners) and executing go-to-market campaigns to achieve business objectives.
+ Serving as a thought leader and the primary global SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the sub-solution.
**Job requirements:**
+ Extensive expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Enterprise Service Management solutions is required.
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology industry, preferably within a large multinational organization.
+ Previous experience in a Go-To-Market role is a plus.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited university.
+ An MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred.
+ Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to SAP, customers, and partners.
+ Strong lateral leadership skills and a demonstrated capacity to think creatively and "outside the box."
+ Excellent executive presentation skills, with the ability to communicate key insights and recommendations concisely.
+ Ideally, the candidate has experience with SAP Customer Experience solutions.

In this role, the Analyst, ERP Business Analysis Identifies and analyses business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure.
You Will:
- Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Aftermarket, Supply Chain, and Regional Trading Companies to ensure accurate and timely implementation of material changes and new product setups. Share knowledge and provide support to internal stakeholders regarding ERP and PLM data requirements.
- Research business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating the SAP solutions with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure the ERP system supports business processes effectively.
- Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to material master data processes. Ensure alignment with data governance standards and contribute to improving data quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Support documentation and standardisation of processes.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through SAP module(s).
- Support and contribute to global continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, governance, and scalability of material data management practices.
- Create, maintain, and update material master data in the ERP system and associated PLM applications (e.g., Teamcenter), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Coordinate material changes and new product setups, manage relevant data fields and pricing, and support data extension across global regions.
- Manage and maintain accurate Material Master Data within the organisation’s ERP systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistency across regions and functions to support on-time, first-time-right product delivery.
- Set up and maintain part data in the ERP system, managing critical data attributes including descriptions, classifications, and pricing, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant implementation of material changes and new product introductions.
- Enforce data principles and standards to maintain the highest level of data quality and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve material master data issues in ERP and PLM systems (e.g., incorrect flags, missing or inconsistent data, pricing errors). Liaise with relevant departments to clarify requirements and prevent recurrence. Provide timely support and troubleshooting for data-related queries.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in material master data management.
About You:

You Will Have:
- Have a good level of secondary education with a minimum of GCSE or equivalent in both English Language and Maths.
- Two Years of Experience of SAP ECC6.0
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of SAP ECC6.0 or S4 Hana.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite Applications.
- A strong understanding of ERP data structures, SAP module capabilities (e.g., MM, SD, PP), and the interdependencies between business functions and system configurations.
