- Proven expertise in both underground and surface mining operations.
- Strong knowledge of mining software (e.g., AutoCAD, Surpac, Deswik, MineSight).
- In-depth understanding of mine safety legislation and best practices.

- Ability to analyze complex geological and operational data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
