Key Responsibilities:

Undertake patient assessments, examinations, and diagnostic decision-making

Prescribe and review medications in accordance with local and national guidelines

Provide care for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions

Contribute to the delivery of enhanced services and clinical pathways

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the practices and wider network

Support health promotion, prevention, and patient education initiatives

Actively engage in clinical governance, audit, and service development
Essential Requirements:

Registered Nurse with an MSc or equivalent in Advanced Clinical Practice

Independent prescribing qualification (V300)

Demonstrable experience in primary care, urgent care, or a similar setting

Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team
