We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our Enhanced Access service in Central London. The role involves providing face-to-face consultations during evening sessions , supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care outside of core GP hours.

As an ANP, you will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute, minor illness, and chronic conditions. You will play a key role in improving access to primary care for patients in the local area.

The successful candidate will be an autonomous practitioner who can assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of patient presentations. Working closely with GPs, practice nurses, and allied health professionals, the ANP will play a key role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake patient assessments, examinations, and diagnostic decision-making

• Prescribe and review medications in accordance with local and national guidelines

• Provide care for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions

• Manage both acute presentations and long-term conditions

• Contribute to the delivery of enhanced services and clinical pathways

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the practices and wider network

• Support health promotion, prevention, and patient education initiatives

• Actively engage in clinical governance, audit, and service development

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with an MSc or equivalent in Advanced Clinical Practice

• Independent prescribing qualification (V300)

• Demonstrable experience in primary care, urgent care, or a similar setting

• Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team

• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.
• Current RN license and PNP certification in the UK.
• Valid Prescribing rights (V300).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• In-depth knowledge of child development, common pediatric conditions, and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality pediatric care.

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) with a valid NMC pin.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in aesthetic nursing/treatments.
• Level 7 Diploma in Injectables or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience with Botox, dermal fillers, and other common aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient consultation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to industry best practices.

• Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and laser treatments.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, care, and infection control.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Stay current with the latest techniques, technologies, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
• Provide clients with comprehensive pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic.
• Promote clinic services and contribute to business growth.
