Duration: approx. 3 weeks
Pay: £13.68 per hour (includes holiday pay)
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30/5:00pm, Monday to Sunday weather permitting
Flexibility is required - normally 4-6 picking days per week

Once your bucket is full, someone from the team will come and collect it, swapping it for an empty one so you can keep going. You’ll work through the vineyard one section at a time alongside your team, keeping things moving and making it a fun, fast-paced day outdoors.

Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic Harvest Workers to support the core workforce through the peak harvest and cultivation period at our farm based in Carrington, Lincolnshire. Extended working hours are common throughout the harvest period and in return for hard work and commitment we can offer competitive rates of pay. This position is on a fixed term contract running through until the end of November.
We are looking for Operators with expertise in the following:
- General harvest work including use of tractors and trailers
- Grain sampling and experience using high tech sampling kit and similar equipment
- Grain drying experience to work in our modern high output drying facility
- Operators with a forklift truck licence to assist with modern potato grading and work within our storage facility
The successful candidate should have a commitment to health and safety, be used to working within large teams and have experience of driving modern agricultural machinery.

I am currently seeking Farmhands for the Norfolk and Suffolk areas, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of welfare expected by the company and our supply chain. You will have day-to-day responsibility for the humane and considerate husbandry of your livestock
You'll have support from your unit manager and will be using modern and well-maintained equipment and tractors.
This will be the next step in your career, not just a job.
Key Tasks
- Feeding livestock (using either a trailed feeder or a tote bin and scoop)
- Checking all livestock every day for condition and health, and treating those that require it.
- Other duties which fall within your capabilities.
Key Objectives
- The farm will be run as a safe, welcoming, and supportive space.
- Good communication with your peers and line management is expected, in order to maintain healthy working relationships.
- You will play you role in raising high health piglets whilst giving gilts and sows the best possible treatment.
- Whilst following standard operating procedures, with reference to risk assessments, you will be flexible in your work and the tasks asked of you.
- Attend all mandatory training.
- Follow all Health & Safety guidance.
