Ability to manage a small team

Qualifications and Skills
- Background in Mechanical Engineering / maintenance or similar
- Experience of fault finding on mechanical/electrical systems. li>Background in precision engineering e.g. with tools and equipment like
CMM, Profilometer or Micrometers & Calipers or Optical Comparators or Air Gauges or CNC Machines or Diamond Turning Machines or Electrical Discharge Machines or Autocollimator or Inclinometers or Vibration Isolation Tables or sensor systems (pressure temp etc) or digital scale systems, optical measuring systems, hardness testing machines, coordinate measuring machines, vision measuring systems, fixture systems - just for example
- li>Be able to demonstrate compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation.
- Good IT skills. li>Full valid driving license. ESSENTIAL - (field based role with car) < i>Strong time management skills. li>Have good interpersonal skills.
