- 3 days in field covering South England (M3/M4 corridor)
Our client is a top supplier of workwear and PPE. They are now looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales and provide expert advice on product range. You'll build strong customer relationships and help expand our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Advise customers on workwear and PPE
- Identify needs, recommend solutions, and close deals
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Product Management:
- Know our products inside out
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Source new products and manage inventory
- Relationship Building:
- Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
- Represent us at industry events
- Compliance:
- Ensure products meet safety standards
- Provide accurate certification info
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with sales, marketing, and procurement teams
- Train and support staff
Qualifications:
- Experience in workwear and PPE sales (B2B preferred)
- Knowledge of products and industry standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Team player with good organisational skills
- CRM proficiency

**About the role**
The role entails full responsibility for driving Power revenue growth in London area offering technical support to colleagues, staying current with energy and power innovations, and maintaining strong relationships with rehire partners.
**As the Field Sales Manager you will be specifically responsible for:**
Building strong quality value adding relationships with Power customer base
Providing technical power solutions to customer project specifications
Growing sustainable power source solutions and develop new business in the North sales territory.
Working closely with depot network and internal Service Centre colleagues
Continuous personal development on product and application knowledge
Contributing to and working with SLD data systems especially CRM system
Managing commercials to ensure order profitability
Increasing the level of awareness of customers of SLD Pumps & Power and associated companies within the region;

**To be successful in the role you should have:**
Power sales experience, sustainable solutions - energy storage, solar panels etc.
Experience in plant hire would be beneficial.

Customer focus and result driven attitude
