We are currently on the hunt for confident Brand Ambassadors who have existing experience working with nicotine / tobacco products to join our team for a high-impact, full-time activation running from November through December.
Key Activation Details
Training (Mandatory)
- Virtual Training Session: w/c 27th October. The exact date and time are TBC, but attendance is mandatory.
Live Dates & Locations
- Dates: 11th November−6th December (Every Tuesday - Saturday, 5 days per week).
- Hours: Shifts will vary (e.g., 10am - 4pm, 11am - 5pm, 12pm - 6pm). A specific weekly schedule will be shared to confirm your exact times.
- Locations: You will be expected to rotate between a number of locations in your agreed region across the course of the activation, in a pattern of two stores per week (Tuesday – Thursday / Friday – Saturday) A detailed schedule will be shared in advance.
Role & Rate
- Role: You will be based alongside staff in a kiosk, focusing on educating existing smokers and vapers about the product and facilitating product trials. You will refer all sales to the kiosk staff.
- Rate:£16 per hour for 7-hour days. (This includes a 6-hour live shift plus 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for reporting, pack-up, and pack-down.)
- Equipment: You will be responsible for transporting your own kit/equipment to and from the stores each day and for its security outside of work hours throughout the activation.
Expenses & Requirements
Expenses
- Travel Contribution: A fixed contribution of £5 per shift towards travel expenses.
- Mileage: Calculated at .45 per mile from your home address to the store address, capped at a maximum of 5 per shift .
