Bridge Recruitment are currently partnering with a large, expanding and successful organisation who provide a full range of waste and recycling collection and processing services for waste producers. Services include skip hire to businesses, trade and homeowners, commercial waste collection services and waste and recycling processing capacity to domestic and commercial markets across the East of England. The Sales Executive job typically involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, whilst managing and growing some existing customer accounts. Providing technical and consultative sales support. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, and an understanding of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development :
Identifying and pursuing new sales leads and opportunities, primarily through cold calling, but also market research, networking, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and some existing, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Cycle Management:
Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, contract Negotiation, and closing deals.
Technical Expertise:
Providing technical expertise and support to clients, often involving site visits and problem-solving.
Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking sales progress on a daily basis using our CRM system, and analysing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Working closely with other teams within the company, such as Customer Services, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain aspects of company products and services.
