We are currently seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct supervisory visits to clients' homes to ensure the quality and consistency of care provided
  • Provide support and guidance to care staff, ensuring they are delivering care in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop care plans for new clients
  • Monitor and review care plans on a regular basis to ensure they are meeting the changing needs of clients
  • Liaise with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care is being provided
  • Ensure all care records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
  • Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the domiciliary care sector
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
