The Role
Dentons is recruiting a Finance Systems Analyst. The individual will have responsibility for providing technical support, system analysis and administration, and championing system best practice for the firm's financial systems which include Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse expense management solutions. The firm has recently implemented a new Practice Management System after a multi-year programme and the role is instrumental in maximizing return on that investment.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for the suite of financial systems.
- System administration and support for other financial systems including Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse, Enable (ERM). Analysing data feeds in Integration Builder to ensure accurate system integration.
- Handling missing time queries from both Legal Service and Business Service colleagues.
- Administering system access control and configuring system security.
- Proactively respond to queries and requests via email, telephone, and Fresh Helpdesk ITSM.
- Undertaking system Month End process as part of a rostered team.
- Support with the development of system and process enhancements and upgrades.
- Support with a variety of testing activity to ensure quality control.
- Liaising with software vendor and managing escalation of issues and working with them where required.

· Production of the Scottish Government returns, annual accounts and other statutory returns
· Managing the design, implementation and supervision of financial controls to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and integrity of systems and processes
· This role is responsible for aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses and Treasury.
