  • Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our platform.
  • Implement and maintain decentralized identity solutions and security best practices.
  • Optimize smart contract gas usage and transaction throughput.
  • Contribute to the development of robust testing frameworks for smart contracts and dApps.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the blockchain and DeFi ecosystem.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of deployed smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Participate in community discussions and contribute to the open-source blockchain ecosystem where appropriate.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain and smart contract development.
  • Proficiency in Solidity and experience with popular smart contract development frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat).
  • Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
  • Experience with one or more major blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon).
  • Familiarity with DeFi protocols and concepts (e.g., AMMs, lending protocols, yield farming).
  • Experience with web3 libraries (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js) and interacting with smart contracts from backend services.
  • Proficiency in a backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go).
  • Strong understanding of security best practices for smart contract development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721) and tokenomics is a plus.
