The role:
You will build and lead a modern finance function, partner the CEO and board on strategy, and stay close to the numbers. This is ideal for a Finance Director ready to step into a CFO role who enjoys shaping strategy, improving performance and asking the difficult questions.

• Own budgets, rolling forecasts and monthly reporting
• Build investor ready financial models and board packs that link operational drivers to revenue, margin and cash
• Lead FP&A as a strategic engine: pricing analysis, unit economics, cohort and retention analysis, sales funnel and conversion insight, customer and product profitability, ROI on projects and hires
• Challenge assumptions across the plan and hold teams to account on targets, cost discipline and capital allocation

The candidate:
