Key responsibilities include:

A strong understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is essential. Proven experience in managing and developing accounting teams is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are paramount. Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency are highly desirable.
