Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACII) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in insurance product development, underwriting, or a closely related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance principles, policy structures, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, PRA).
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting precise and unambiguous policy language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
