- A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations management within the sports, fitness, or leisure industry, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple sites and driving operational excellence.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of fitness industry trends, programming, and facility operations.
- Experience with CRM and facility management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage responsibilities in a remote setting.
