The Fleet operations Doctor will focus on providing day to day high level clinical operational support to the CUK fleet.
They will provide clinical operational and logistical support to the ship's doctors, CUK fleet and wider business, leading on the initial response and recovery operations for medevacs, significant medical events. They will co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day health operations for the CUK fleet including immediate medical and rotational issues, provide immediate SME input for response and recovery operations for clinical incidents and public health events.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide clinical and operational support for medical cases, including medevacs and communicable disease management.
Oversee the care of crew requiring shoreside medical treatment outside their home country.

Investigate clinical incidents and ensure lessons are learned and shared.
Contribute to and help develop our clinical education initiatives.
Participate in the 24/7 clinical on-call rota.
