Are you ready to be the hero in the fast-paced world of logistics? In this role you will collaborate with the QuickSTAT Transport Management to ensure all transport operational activities follow all agreed company policies and procedures.
**How you create impact**
+ Lead LHR Transport department audits.
+ Hold a valid CPC accreditation on behalf of Quick international Couriers & fulfill all O-license related requirements.
+ Support the Transport Team with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
+ Be responsible for Transport fuel cards & Van Tracking Systems & Software, understanding the true costs whilst trying to implement cost savings where possible.
+ Build relationships with all current Transport fleet suppliers and onboard new suppliers in the areas required.
+ Providing a leadership support function to teams, be inspirational and motivate staff to achieve performance/goals
+ Overseeing all fleet drivers and responsible for completing timesheet submission, Overtime/sickness reporting, annual leave requests, HR related matters such as investigations & disciplinaries, driver training and other related tasks
