Production of collateral: Support the delivery of Kuehne+Nagel UKu2019s initiatives and programmes, relating to colleague engagement. Developing presentations, and engagement collateral in a variety of formats (photographs, videos etc.) to drive our internal culture and align colleagues with our values.
Support colleague engagement: work with HR to advise on feedback, insight, research and support in developing new messages and methods. Support the delivery of organisational objectives relating to colleague engagement.
Support preparations for key internal events, taking on a wide range of responsibilities as necessary to ensure the successful delivery.
Support a variety of stakeholders: Assist stakeholders by supporting in developing engagement materials (such as briefing documents, statements, and FAQs), including any that may be required for external stakeholders.
Recognise success: supporting the national colleague awards.
Workshops: manage the organisation of workshops, including scheduling and compiling presentation material.

About the role
The Content & Engagement Specialist is assigned to a portfolio of brands and is responsible for all events within that portfolio. BACKGROUND
Sales Performance Management (SPM) is a line of business within SAP, focused on the growth and success of the SPM portfolio. The SPM portfolio is a set of tools and processes that drive the revenue-generating behaviors and resources needed for organizations to meet their corporate goals.
The SPM portfolio consists of several solutions, including SAP Incentive Management, SAP Agent Performance Management (for Insurance), SAP Territory and Quota, and others. SAP Incentive Management and Agent Performance Management are the flagship solutions within the SPM portfolio and are focused on helping companies optimize incentive management.
Additionally, the SPM portfolio includes a new offering called spm data integration add-on, a low-code enterprise data transformation solution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
The SPM ASE role is a global customer-facing role, serving as SPM domain expert. The role is focused primarily on mapping product capabilities to customer and prospect requirements with the aim of helping the Sales team obtain a technical win in the sale of SPM products. The SPM ASE is responsible for SPM deal support across net-new and existing customer opportunities, serving as technical liaison between the customer/prospect and Sales teams, and hence must speak the language of the business, clearly articulating the SPM value proposition. Additionally, the role will provide support for cross-functional stakeholders in the growth of the SPM LoB.
The SPM ASE responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Engage with customers on SPM-related opportunities
+ Customer-facing demos and presentations (Delivery and Configuration where necessary)
+ Discovery calls and analysis of customer requirements in preparation for solution demonstration during sales cycle
+ Composing clear and compelling Functional RFx responses
+ Post-sales support for existing customers where necessary
+ Partner support during the sales cycle
+ Participation in SPM Presales enablement
+ Cross-functional support across the SPM business: Sales, Marketing, Product Management, GTM, Services, Partner, etc.

KEY DUTIES

  • Lead client engagements across brand strategy, insights, segmentation, innovation, growth strategies, and organizational change.
  • Manage relationships, ensuring collaboration, profitability, and delivering actionable recommendations while mentoring and developing teams.
  • Partner on business development, present findings, and support firm growth through marketing and internal initiatives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • MBA or equivalent experience with strong consulting, branding, or marketing management track record and expertise.
  • Proven leader, problem solver, communicator; skilled in client relationships, business development, and project management.
  • Resourceful self-starter with industry knowledge, analytical modeling skills, and passion for fast-paced, challenging environments.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and confident Engagement Coordinator to be the face of LiveWell Dorset in local communities. In this pivotal role, you will build relationships with key stakeholders, increase visibility of our service, and inspire individuals to take the first step towards a healthier, happier life.

You will attend and represent the service at community events, connect with under-represented groups, and create opportunities to expand engagement. This is an exciting chance to make a tangible difference in people's wellbeing across Dorset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for LiveWell Dorset, raising awareness through events, community activities, our pop-up shop and outreach.
  • Deliver health interventions such as blood pressure checks and provide tailored support to encourage lifestyle improvements.
  • Engage with groups both in person and virtually, presenting information to charities, community organisations, and under-served populations.
  • Build and maintain a network of local contacts to generate new engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate within the Training & Engagement Team to align activities with the service's strategic goals.
  • Support, and occasionally deliver, NHS Health Checks (full training provided).
  • Maintain accurate administration and reporting using IT systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills (Word, Excel, databases, email).
  • GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Experience in health promotion, community engagement, and one-to-one support.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change within community organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Level 2 Understanding Health Improvement (or equivalent)

Additional Information

  • Hours will be worked flexibly between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday, with regular weekend work to attend community events and man the pop-up shop
  • Part-time applicants (22 hours per week) are welcome to apply.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, as travel across Dorset is required.
