**Main responsibilities:**
+ Resource allocation exercise to drive the Genmed vision and Business Operating Income target across the Long-Range Plan. Integral part of the full portfolio P&L management.

The Associate Director, Project Management is tasked with leading a team of Project Managers to ensure excellence in the execution of language services to IQVIA customers. This must be achieved in compliance with IQVIA Language Solutions SOPs, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
This role involves fostering strong relationships within the team, as well as with both internal and external stakeholders and clients. A key performance indicator for this position is customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
