Requirements:

**What you can expect**
Salary is between **£40,000** to **£48,000** per annum, depending upon experience

**Discover a career you didn't know existed.**
As Food & Beverage Manager , you will be responsible for the day to day F&B operations (events & venues) across the Hotel. You will manage, train, and develop colleagues and work within all budgeted guidelines. You will closely monitor payroll and expense budgets for your function and make recommendations for improvements, based on Hyatt standards and our guest and colleague expectations. You will be part of the Duty Management schedule for the Hotel and will forge good working relationships across functions and with our World of Hyatt members. You will be involved in the strategic direction of the Hotel, in particular with F&B strategic choices.

As Food and Beverage Manager with Hyatt Regency Birmingham you will lead your colleagues to provide the best experience for our guests. To successfully fill this role, you will champion Hyatt's purpose and promise. You will be a passionate self-starter. A great communicator, who is outcomes oriented, supporting and leading your team to achieve and exceed our guest expectations within Food & Beverage. You will not be afraid to experiment and learn from situations, through an inclusive mindset. You will have previous experience in large international Hotels and have a proven track record of improving F&B KPI's. Previous experience with Hyatt is desirable.

You will earn **£12.60 per hour** , **plus service charge.**
**This is a Fixed term assignment ending on the 31** **st** **of December.**

**To succeed as Food & Beverage Assistant, you will need:**
