Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blending machines and equipment
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to production instructions
- Ensure proper blending of products based on recipes and batch records
- Maintain accurate records of batches and production logs
- Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas according to food safety standards
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality control staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or blending environment preferred
