The rate of pay is £13.89 per hour.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts on a weekly basis, and the hours of work are:
- Week 1, 6am to 2pm
- Week 2, 2pm to 10pm
This is a permanent position employed by our client.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Line Leader your main responsibility will be to supervise the operation and ensure safe working environments, ensuring customer demands are met. Other duties include:
- Ensure all members of the team follow both company and Health and Safety policies
- Manage the running of the production line to meet planned volume targets
- Ensure food safety requirements are fulfilled
- Complete paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line
- Give clear guidance and instructions to operators

Shift Patterns:
Monday - Friday Rotation Morning /Afternoon
- Week 1: Mon - Thurs 05:45 - 14:15 Friday 06:00 - 14:00
- Week 2: Mon - Thurs 13:45 - 22:15 Friday 14:00 - 22:00
Weekly rotation from Week 1 to Week 2 timetable is mandatory.
Pay Rates
- Day shift 12.61 p/h
- After 6pm 14.01 p/h
- 30 minutes paid break
- Overtime: 1.5 x basic pay rate after 42 hours worked in one week
