- Engaging in internal training (CPD) and team development.

- A solid background in food safety and health & safety auditing, ideally in hospitality. A minimum Level 4 Food Safety qualification is essential, with a BSc in Environmental Health or equivalent industry experience highly desirable.
- Experience auditing high-risk operations such as hotels with spa/swimming pool facilities would be a distinct advantage.
