As the Head of Derivatives IT Development, you will be managing the team of 6-8 Front Office developers to deliver on their individual responsibilities and ensure that the Front Office desks are fully supported with a global system architecture

The Front office (Derivatives) software development team requires an agile and versatile hands-on specialist and team manager with extensive expertise in Java/Python/C# software.

What is exciting about this role is that you will have ownership for the successful software delivery from inception to deployment for the complete Front Office Derivatives Technology Stack

We are working exclusively with a prestigious Family Office, looking to hire a Real Estate Manager to support with the development and management of their £1bn property portfolio.

This role will report into the RE Development Director and work closely with the principal of the family office. Initially, you will support with the development of some high-profile UK based assets, coordinating with the heads of construction, building consultants and architects. You will oversee a team who manage a diverse portfolio which spans the UK, Western Europe, and South America and has a variety of assets including large estates, working agriculture, residential units etc. The Family Office is growing considerably, and long-term work will be highly varied, with a blend of ongoing development oversight, partnering with the investment team to assess the viability of opportunities, conducting scenario analysis, building out budgets and forecasts and providing analysis on performance across the portfolio.

For this, we are looking for an intelligent professional from the Real Estate industry (background could include development managers, Surveyors, family office professionals etc.) with minimum 4 years’ experience. You should have excellent academics, and any additional relevant qualifications are highly desirable (for example MRICS). It is important to be effective in communicating with a range of stakeholders and thrive in a ‘value adding’ role with high visibility to business leaders.

The team are looking to hire the top talent in the Asset Management / RE sector, and hence are prepared to offer a significant uplift from your current base salary. Bonuses will be minimum of 50%, and often extend to 100%, as well as offering market leading benefits.
