We’re recruiting for a Senior Engineer/Engineer within a new infrastructure team based within our London Office. This new permanent role, in our team of drainage, highways and development infrastructure specialists, will support our expanding client base of predominantly large residential developers.nArdent delivers a broad range of infrastructure projects, from initial feasibility stage, through planning and detail design, to the construction stage. Typically, our projects range from around 50 units, up to several thousand dwellings.nWe’re looking for a candidate with:
Significant post-graduate (or equivalent) experiencenExperience in pre-planning and planning stage projects, as well as a good understanding of detail design and technical approval (S104, S38, S278, etc)nSkilled in MicroDrainage and AutoCad, plus an understanding of Civils 3d would be beneficialnA sound technical ability and excellent communication skillsnA drive to develop both themselves and others.nThe successful candidate will be based in our London office for 3 to 4 days a week and will:

The successful candidate will provide engineering support for our fleet of Network vehicles based at our Depot in Luton. This role is support for running defects, preventative checks, partial inspections and Audit form action rectification.
What you'll do:
- Assess and rectify reported defects in a timely and effective manner
- Diagnose faults using specialist equipment relevant to vehicles in your depot
- Carry out partial vehicle inspections and checks to minimize vehicle lost mileage
- Repair and maintain vehicles to a standard exceeding the DVSA minimum
- Document all work carried out as per mandatory requirements
- Demonstrate flexibility in line with operational requirements
- Work safely and adhere to all health and safety policies and processes
- Willingness to redeploy to other sites on temporary basis (Sickness cover etc)
- Monitor and rectify any actions arising from National Express Audits
- Attend Roadside Breakdowns as required
What you'll need:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent. (Experience can be considered following competence assessment)
- PCV or HGV knowledge / Experience is essential

A new client to Sphere are looking to appoint an Engineer, to commence a new role with immediate effect.
Your new company are a large London based contractor, who specialise in RC Frame, Civils, Rail, and Aviation. They have recently secured multiple contracts in Bristol & South Wales, mainly across large Commercial Build schemes.
The development in question is a £70M new build Campus Building in North Bristol, where my client are overseeing the Enabling Works and Groundwork / Civils package.
You will be capable of undertaking duties such as Setting Out, QA, CAD, Surveys, and As-Built Drawings.
An Engineering Degree / Qualification and CSCS would be essential.
My client are happy to provide the Robotic Kit if required, or have this supplied by the individual. However pay rates will be dependant on this.
