The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and developing online educational content. Proven experience with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is essential. A strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and assessment strategies is required.
