You will be instrumental in supporting senior bankers with a wide range of financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic corporate finance transactions. Your core responsibilities will involve conducting in-depth financial analysis, building complex financial models, preparing client presentations and pitch books, and performing extensive market research. You will engage with clients, manage deal processes, and contribute to transaction execution, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related quantitative field, coupled with a demonstrable passion for investment banking. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, LBO, M&A, and IPO analysis.
  • Prepare detailed pitch books, client presentations, and transaction-related materials.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Assist in the execution of M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions.
  • Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development efforts.
  • Perform due diligence and data analysis for transactions.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other advisors during deal processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; strong academic record required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
