My client is looking for a Fulfilment Team Lead to join their growing organisation! If you have experience leading a team within a fulfilment setting, with a hands-on approach, and are looking for a new role, then this could be for you!
Duties Include:
- Leading a small team of fulfilment operatives with both permanent and occasional temporary staff. li>Motivating and driving the team to get through target number of orders.
- Stay updated on Royal Mail and carriers' rules, regulations, and tariffs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Carrying out administrative tasks as well as supporting with order fulfilment.
- Oversee and monitor third party mailing houses and relevant suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

We're seeking an experienced candidate that will provide services to support the timely and accurate flow of fulfillment data between internal systems and external delivery channels, aligned with the global supply chain operations. This is a project-based engagement focused on outcomes and deliverables, with the right candidate expected to determine the manner and means of performing the services.
Shift Patterns:
- Hours of work: 9am to 17:30, with flexibility on occasion required due to working with different time zones, but this would be communicated in advance
Pay Rates:
- 17.60 per hour
As Order Fulfillment Associate, you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain management, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and supply chain management tools (NetSuite,Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple tasks, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills
- The candidate is expected to provide their own equipment and determine their own working methods, provided that agreed deliverables are met. Our client will not direct the day-to-day means or methods of work, but will define expected outcomes and timelines for project milestones
Role of an Order Fulfillment Associate:
Order Data Support
- Upload order and fulfillment data between ERP and TMS platforms.
Deliverable: At least 3x per day (1000, 1200, 1400) and on an as needed basis or upon request
- Enter Central Parts Orders (CPO) or other off-cycle fulfillment requests into the system.
Deliverable: Twice every two weeks (CPO) and off-cycle orders on an as-needed basis or upon request
- Maintain data entry for fulfillment-related information, including order details, tracking numbers, and inventory movements.
Deliverable: Perform on an as-needed basis or upon request
- Generate reports reflecting fulfillment status and backlog metrics.
Deliverable: Daily and on an as-needed basis or upon request
Communication & Coordination :
- Monitor communication channels and respond to order requests and inquiries.
Deliverable: Ensure accurate updates, and provide response within a 2-hour service level agreement (SLA)
