You’ll help shape and deliver our web platform strategy – driving architecture, development, operations, and security – while ensuring our WordPress, WP Engine, and Sitecore solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to business goals.

On joining us you’ll bring with you;

  • Proven experience leading web development or platform engineering teams across a multi-site, multi-brand environments
  • Hands-on expertise with WordPress, WP Engine, and Sitecore, including governance, deployment, optimisation, and security
  • A strong technical background and practical understanding of modern web stacks, architecture principles, APIs, and integrations
  • Experience implementing analytics, optimisation, and accessibility standards (e.g. GTM, WCAG) to enhance site performance and user experience.
  • Deep knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices (GDPR, cookie consent, data protection) for enterprise-scale platforms.
