About the Role  

Full-Time Receptionist Opportunity at FRA College.

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the EFI Group. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, managing enquiries and directing calls efficiently. You will support daily front desk operations and maintain a welcoming, organised reception area. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and have a professional, approachable manner.

We’re seeking someone who is eager to work within a school setting and who is committed to delivering an outstanding front desk reception service.

About You  

  • Qualifications: A good general level of education, including Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths. A First Aid Certificate or DSL training is desirable, or a willingness to undertake this training.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or school/college environment.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities to manage a busy front desk effectively. Proficiency with IT systems and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion: You will be enthusiastic and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping people. You will consistently represent the college positively and professionally, demonstrating an approachable and professional manner when engaging with students, staff, and visitors.
