  • Reliable internet, your own laptop with video and audio/mic functionality to conduct online sessions.
  • In-depth experience as a career coach with a track record of coaching professionals at all levels to start, change, and advance their careers
  • Extensive experience in delivering innovative, engaging career development models and frameworks, including one-to-one, group, and team coaching, as well as training workshops (online and face-to-face) and content delivery
  • Experience coaching professionals to advance their careers in the digital skills industry. Recruitment and/or outplacement experience is highly desirable
  • Skilled in managing confidential, sensitive information and personal data
  • A strong collaborator with a proven ability to quickly build rapport and foster strong coaching partnerships with clients
  • Ability to work flexibly to deliver coaching remotely to clients in locations worldwide
  • Empathic, curious, and motivational approach, ensuring clients have an exceptional experience throughout their career transition journey

Qualifications

  • Recognised ICF (ACC plus preferred), COMENSA, or EMCC accredited coaching qualification is advantageous

As a key role in the Strategy and Architectural team based in Digital Services function, this role is  responsible for the efficient and effective build, maintenance of new network infrastructure (virtual or physical) to ensure the needs of Warwickshire Police are met.

Main Responsibilities:

Support and maintain the forces network infrastructure at all times with it be the day to day operational running or during the planning, design, development and documentation of new technical solutions.

To undertake the role of network subject matter expert, providing technical support assurance and guidance in designated area, working unsupervised on infrastructure, network configuration and security tasks meeting required service levels and complying with Digital Service directorate procedures.

Knowledge:

Substantial knowledge of Cisco, Avaya telephony, Azure, AWS, zScaler, SolarWinds and sentinel gained through significant experience in similar size organisations.

Strong knowledge of network Monitoring & Management alongside Supplier Management experience.

Strong Knowledge of SD Wan, VLAN Azure vWan.

Strong Knowledge of Static and Dynamic routing.

Successful in applying industry best practice with a knowledge of ISO 2000 (Service Management) and ITSM.

Authoring of Technical Design documents and Service artefacts.

Experience:

Demonstrate experience of supporting, building and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure in a similar large complex multi-faceted organisation.

Strong focus on ICT technologies and operational service delivery.

Subject matter expert from inception, through to delivery to the end customer.

  • Undertake routine maintenance tasks, cleaning, repairs, improvements, decorating and gardening which ensures Valley House premises and properties are welcoming, safe and well-maintained.
  • Work as part of a rota, in a flexible way, to ensure maintenance cover is provided Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
  • Support the development of trainees within the Maintenance Team.
  • Ensure a high standard of general housekeeping to prepare accommodation units for the arrival of new service users, including cleaning, maintenance and gardening, as directed.
