Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
• Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Satefty regulations

Our ideal Chef will:

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Have experience supervising a team
• Have experience in a similar Chef role
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
• Have a flexible approach to working

• Design, develop, and implement creative and seasonal menus.
• Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and control food costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Job Title: Vehicle Valeter (Quality Inspector)

Location : Nottingham

Hours : Full Time 40h week (Mon-Fri + Saturday on a rota)

Salary : £25,479.83 per annum

Delivery Driver ( Self Employed )  

Many logistics service providers pay an increased rate during peak season . You can check this with the specific provider prior to contracting .  

We’re seeking reliable , hard-working , and motivated Delivery Drivers to join one of our logistics service providers . This is a Delivery Driver role where you’ll spend the majority of your day out on the road - so a passion for driving is a plus! Predefined routes and presorted packages are provided . So, once you've conducted your safety checks and loaded up, you can simply head off and drive.

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a drug & alcohol test
• Where vans are provided , they are held overnight at the station therefore you must be able to commute to and from the station
• Must be at least 18 years old
