Job Description
We’re looking for a full time team member to join us during our busiest season and grow with us as we continue to scale rapidly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn about all aspects of the business while helping us manage the seasonal demand of tens of thousands of corporate and consumer hampers and gifts.
You must be local to our HQ in Warrington. Attention to detail is critical. From day one, you’ll be involved in practical tasks including picking, packing, and anything else needed to exceed client expectations. From January, you’ll begin a structured onboarding and training programme covering a wider range of responsibilities across the business.
We’re looking for someone with bags of initiative, an upbeat and energetic disposition, and a genuine willingness to get stuck in. You should be quick to learn new systems, confident interacting with clients on key accounts, and excited by the prospect of growing at speed within a business with very high ambitions.
If you thrive in a fast paced environment, take pride in doing things properly, and want to be part of an ambitious team, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary will reflect experience and capabilities as this is a fairly open role for a range of potential applicants. There will be team and individual incentives in addition to a base salary based on customer satisfaction as well as financial targets.
Excellent grammar and numerical skills would be a great advantage as our written communications are important as well as the ability to work out costings and margins. There is little room for error on these aspects.
We will be moving into larger premises next year although also in Cheshire and these may not be on a convenient public transport route so a driving licence if not now but within a year would be preferred.
Please let us know why you feel this would be the right job for you and you the right applicant for us.
