We are now recruiting for Support Workers to join our friendly well-established teams at our Supported Living Service in Dereham, Norfolk.
Roles are permanent, working 37.5 hours per week. We are offering Support Workers in Dereham £4,374 per annum.
Our services are personalised to the individuals that live in them and the people that provide the support. A full manual UK license is required as we have company vehicle used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
We support 5 individuals in each of our homes and you will be lone working with the person you will be supporting. Each individual is provided with care and support tailored to their individual needs, be that complex communication needs, physical health conditions, multi-sensory impairments.
Care is provided around the clock. We take particular pride in the range of activities and wellbeing events we provide. You will often find yourself out on offsite activities, day trips and holidays. Some examples of community activities include Horse Riding, bowling, swimming and music lessons. Your role would also include personal care, medication administration and a small amount of manual handling (hoisting) where necessary.
We are flexible in our shifts and the gerneral shift patterns are as follows: 7:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm. Sleep-ins are also available as overtime. This will be discussed with you at interview.

We are looking for a Duty Manager to work at our Hudson Leisure Centre, to join our friendly and professional team.
If you like talking to people, this is definitely the role for you. We understand that engaging with customers and colleagues is not as easy as it sounds and sometimes comes with experience. We will provide all the training needed to be a successful Duty Manager but we also believe that employing people from a mix of employment backgrounds can offer a wider benefit to our team, some of which might be in their first ever job and need more support from their manager and colleagues.
In the role of Duty Manager, you will ensure the best levels of service are achieved by our teams, for our customers through offering a friendly, clean and safe facilities at all times.

Requirements
- To actively manage and develop and motivate a team of operational staff
- To be responsible for the day to day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard
- To contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre
- To be a proactive member of the leisure centre team
- A passion for the industry demonstrated through continuous professional development
- Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management
- Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role
- To be able to work flexibly with a level of autonomy and decision making confidence
- Able to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
- RLSS Nation pool qualification, desirable as training an be provided

Community Support Worker
Full or Part Time hours available
£12.94 per hour (including hourly bonus) after Induction and Training is completed.
Anglian Care is an efficient privately run business, with an excellent reputation, that provides a bespoke Home Care service to adult service users in the March PE15 / Chatteris PE16 areas (and surrounding villages.)
We are currently seeking experienced caring individuals who can make a difference.
A Full-Time and Part-Time opportunity is available and level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not essential if the suitable applicant is willing to work towards the qualification.
Duties of the role will include - personal care, meal preparation, shopping, light domestic, GP visits (anything that promotes independence and enables the service user to remain in their own home.)
Being a car owner & driver is essential as the role will involve travelling from house to house. Travel allowance is paid at 30p per mile. A uniform tunic is also provided.
All applicants will be expected to be flexible, work alternate weekends and work one/two evening shifts every week, dependent on hours required.
We have a great team that care passionately for our service users, and we are looking for two like-minded individuals to join us.
The company achieved a ‘Good’ rating in the most recent CQC Inspection.
