Job Description
- Receive, check, and unload deliveries accurately against delivery notes
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stock checks
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Assist with loading goods onto vehicles for delivery or collection
- Support general warehouse duties as required, including operating manual handling equipment
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse team members and other departments
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Driving license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a positive team player attitude
- Physical fitness to handle manual lifting and standing for long periods
- Basic computer skills for stock record keeping are advantageous

The role includes, and is not limited to the below:
Support students' learning, development, and progress across all areas of the curriculum, in a variety of settings (in the classroom, in the local environment, in the community).
Help young people with a range of needs - including PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, physical and sensory impairments, complex medical needs - to achieve their educational and personal goals.
Participate in physical interventions when needed (behaviour that challenges; managing transitions; de-escalation, etc.).
Help students with sensory issues - helping them manage sensory overload; using space, resources, calm environment or break-out sensory areas.
Promote emotional wellbeing: support low self-esteem, anxiety, confidence building.
Assist with behaviour management: maintaining high behavioural expectations; intervening or supporting during difficult or challenging behaviours; keeping records of behaviour / incidents.
