  • Utilise our Trust-provided digital tablet systems to take and submit patient meal orders.

  • Provide assistance to patients in selecting suitable meals.

Meal & Beverage Service:

  • Prepare and serve lunch and supper meals according to the ward's schedule.
  • Conduct a minimum of five hydration rounds per shift to ensure all patients stay hydrated.
  • Maintain a clean and organised food trolley and ward pantry area.
  • Serve meals attractively and at the correct temperatures, adhering to dietary safety.

Hygiene, Safety, and Compliance:

  • Follow food hygiene and safety protocols diligently, including PPE use and cleaning procedures.
  • Keep accurate records of food temperatures and service times.
  • Understand and apply HACCP and COSHH principles in your daily duties.
  • Report any food safety or hygiene concerns to your supervisor immediately.

Communication & Patient Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with all patients, including those who may have difficulties.

The opportunities we have are varied in size and nature and suit a range of project management styles and backgrounds; but as a consultancy, we are looking for enthusiastic, self-starting individuals who will thrive on being able to adapt and use a combination of best practice project management and exceptional people management skills, to identify challenges which could arise and deliver solutions. Typically, the role and responsibilities of an AtkinsRéalis Project Manager will include:
  • Taking the lead for delivery at work package level.
  • Building on an ongoing track record of delivery against defined margin, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Reviewing, measuring, and adhering to procedures and standards set externally/internally.

Ideally you are:
  • Excellent with communicative skills and motivated by working within a dynamic and diverse project delivery environment.
  • Adamant on new challenges and will be keen to learn, whilst also wanting to support others within our multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Confident with your experience of Project Management in a Project environment, to deliver outputs/outcomes to agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management.
  • Familiar with a range of PM tools such as MS Project, Online Stage Gates, Enterprise Advantage, iGate, JDE.
