In this role, you will work on business process improvements, technical solution design, and Salesforce platform configuration to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer care functions. Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions for Commercial IT functions, including customer care, product support, and commercial operations.
• Conduct business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering, user story creation, and process documentation.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements based on Salesforce best practices.
• Communicate project and enhancement statuses effectively with business users.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, coordinate testing activities, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Offer data expertise and consulting for commercial reporting and analytics.
• Create and maintain field reports and dashboards using Salesforce tools or other BI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver medium to large-scale projects.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in commercial or sales process improvement projects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce concepts, including standard objects, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Visual Flow, reporting, and security settings.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications are a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design process improvements and train users on new processes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry is a plus.

Position Overview:nThe Senior SFDC Functional Analyst is a critical member of the Commercial Systems team and reports to the IT Senior Manager of CRM Solution Design. Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will support Insulet’s commercial expansion with new products, new markets and new functions through business analysis and general IT support across the entire business entity. Specific functions of this role include business process definition (as-is vs. to-be), analysis of business problems, analytics, solution design, configuration and implementation of technical solutions across the Salesforce.com platform. This role will focus on projects and processes related to our Commercial Systems and Customer Experience Teams. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to comprehend business process and context, while also having adequate technical skills to assist with appropriate technical solutions. This is a hands-on role playing a key position in the global growth of Insulet over the next several years. We are seeking a Senior Functional Analyst with a background of delivering medium to large scale projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:n• Person will primarily be responsible for solutions supporting Commercial IT functions such as customer care, product support and commercial operations.n• Perform complex business and systems analysis work including requirements gathering/user story creation via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff.
