We’re hiring a Fund Operations Manager to support the continued growth of our fund platform. This role spans fund operations, legal and compliance, reporting, and vendor management. You’ll work closely with portfolio management, fund administrators, and internal leadership to ensure Re7 operates with precision and scalability as we expand globally.
Responsibilities
Fund Operations & Reporting
- Oversee the client onboarding process for new investors
- Manage the fund valuation process in collaboration with fund administrators and portfolio teams
- Liaise with administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate investor reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements via tooling, automation, or procedural upgrades
- Support ad hoc operational needs across the business when capacity is needed
Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Manage fund licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory restrictions
- Build business cases and assess feasibility of expanding regulatory licensing where relevant
- Oversee the creation and management of legal entities in support of new markets or product launches
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements with vendors, clients, and partners
Vendor & Relationship Management
- Maintain oversight of key external service providers (e.g. administrators, legal counsel, tech vendors)
- Ensure service standards align with contractual obligations and internal policy
- Monitor vendor performance and support efforts to maximise value-for-money
Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
- Contribute to new business and product expansion initiatives
- Step in to support other areas of the business as needed during periods of high activity or staff leave
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, at least 2 of those in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration
- Legal training, experience and/or qualification
- Ability to quickly convert strategy into actions and execution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and ability to influence across a variety of business areas & seniorities
- Demonstrated success in change management
- Highly organised and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities
- Strong work ethic and results focused, accountable for consistent results
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership

Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated proactive individual to join the CTEC Oxford team in primarily a metrology role, including but not limited to, equipment purchase (URS, validation Plan), install (IQ/OQ), validation (CSV) and overseeing servicing/calibration cycles (PM/PQ). You will have extensive experience working in a GxP environment and use of a QMS.
You will also have an ancillary lab-based analyst role carrying out Research and Development and implementation of in-house analytical methods. You will also be adept in several lab systems including HPLC, UV-Vis, fluorimetry and FTIR. This lab-based role will focus on the various in-house chemistries, including, but not limited to acidified nitrite and nitric-oxide centric analysis. You will be knowledgeable in Method Development and Validation of Assays, as well as, drafting SOPs, Reports, Test Methods, Study Plans and Technical Documents. Proficiency in metrology and asset management and/or SIFT-Mass Spectrometry would be a distinct advantage (include equipment purchase cycles, calibrations, servicing).
This role is based in our new offices/laboratory based in Milton Park, Abingdon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all equipment management/metrology for the CTEC Oxford department.
- Follow processes for equipment purchase and installation.
- Organise servicing of systems – including obtaining quotes and overseeing vendor visits.
- Carry out GxP analytical test method as outlined in Technical Documents or Protocols.
- Responsible for Research, Method Development and trouble-shooting lab systems including, hplc, UV-Vis, fluorimetry Dynamic Wound Models and FT-IR.
- Oversee training new lab members.
- You will draft and review Protocols, Working Instructions, Technical Documents, Technical Reports and SOPs.
- You will use your eQMS experience to carry out lab work in a GxP regulatory environment.
- Carry out data interpretation, data processing and generating graphical outputs.
About You
- 3 to 5+ years knowledge of metrology and successful hands-on experience in developing disparate analytical methodologies.
- Must possess independent problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Expertise in metrology/ asset management.
- Help to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the lab.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
