We have a new opportunity for a Future Talent Advisor to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Wolverhampton office. As our Future Talent Advisor, you will manage the Future Talent and Educational Sponsorship programmes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

You will coordinate Graduate and Trainee programmes, handle apprenticeship accounts, and develop relationships with training providers. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive talent development and optimise apprenticeship funding.

More about the Future Talent Advisor role…
  • Embed, refine, and evolve Future Talent programmes by delivering a range of initiatives, including Trainee and Graduate programmes, and ensuring the end-to-end cycle from onboarding to transition into experienced roles.
  • Monitor and optimise apprenticeship and educational sponsorship programmes, including the Apprenticeship Levy Account and CITB grant funding claims, and provide guidance on further study and training.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support talent development, manage onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with entry requirements and programme standards.
  • Evaluate and monitor programme feedback through pulse surveys, supporting continuous improvement and addressing any issues, while maintaining regular check-ins with Future Talent cohorts.
  • Organise and support career development events, including conferences, workshops, and work with the Communications Team to create promotional materials and case studies.
  • Manage and oversee the Future Talent and Educational Sponsorship inboxes, ensuring timely responses to queries.
  • Organize and administer Graduate & Trainee programme arrangements, including inductions, PPE and IT ordering, training schedules, and quarterly meetings.
  • Administer the DAS account for Apprenticeships, including onboarding new cohorts with educational providers.
  • Maintain and update the Educational Sponsorship and Apprenticeship tracker, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the CITB account, managing claims across Future Talent.
  • Manage apprenticeship incentives and ensure monthly reminders for graduate programme rotational feedback and management support.
  • Reconcile CITB claims monthly for eligible workshops and courses run by the People Development team, as well as professional qualifications outside the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • Track and approve Educational Sponsorships, responding to changes in personnel within the business.
  • Ensure governance and compliance of Apprenticeships and Educational Sponsorships, maintaining accurate records on the HR system.
  • Manage the Future Talent budget, including raising POs and financial reconciliations.
  • Occasionally travel for team meetings and events.
  • Manage and track work experience requests, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Lead the "Candidate Keep Warm" strategy to maintain engagement with potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update the internal Team Page with information on provisions, resources, and processes.

**What's the role?**
Shell Energy Europe & Environmental Products is seeking an individual for very long-term Power Market Fundamental Analysis of Europe. This position is responsible for supporting finance, investments and strategy department with analysis developed from a deep understanding of the key long-term drivers such as generation (wind, solar, gas fired, coal fired, batteries, etc.) transmission, regulatory, and demand.
This position must build credibility with internal customers so that such foresight can be translated into long term group decisions gain primarily in our New Energies division and finance. The emphasis is on developing both qualitatively and quantitatively advantaged capabilities, supported as appropriate by models, tools and techniques that yield high quality insight. Collaborating with peers in the Short, Mid-Term and Long-term Fundamentals team to build scalability in this respect is essential.
You will:
+ Deliver very long-term market view for strategic projects and use fundamental analysis techniques to support Shell group decisions.
+ Research and understand the fundamentals drivers related to supply/demand/transmission in the context of long-term modelling focused on developing forward pricing views.
+ Monitor market developments in market design/regulatory issues that could impact prices.
+ Work closely with short, mid-term and long-term natural gas and power analysts in market view development.
**What we need from you**
We are keen to hear from candidates with significant experience in Power Fundamentals, with the following technical skills and experience:
+ Experience with power system analysis software & packages (e.g., Plexos, Aurora, EPSI etc.).
+ Good knowledge in energy economics
+ Strong knowledge of the European Energy Markets
+ Very strong numerical and analytical skills
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
+ Excellent IT skills incl. ability to model in main languages as Python and in the MS Windows environment (particularly Excel), Experience interfacing with databases (SQL)
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or any related degrees required.
+ Demonstrated understanding of power fundamentals.

  • Solid understanding of the core aspects of SEO (content, technical, offsite).
  • Sufficient technical SEO knowledge/experience that you are comfortable with analysing and taking action on crawler e.g. Screaming Frog, outputs.
  • Awareness of the evolving role of EAT and HCU in SEO.

This role provides a great opportunity to gain experience of working within a Secondary school prior to applying to Initial Teacher Training. Although previous experience of working in a Secondary School is desirable, it is not essential.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager working on our Future Infrastructure Programme.

Location: Burghfield , located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking .

Package: Salary starting from 64,780 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

Let us introduce the role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team to support and oversee the work of a large construction project . This is a fast-paced role, where no two days are the same. As the Senior Project Manager, your focus will be on steering the team to meet timescales, monitoring project progress, commercially managing delivery partners, and delivering to cost, quality, and safety. You must ensure the correct work is prioritised, whilst showing adaptability and agility. You will be leading and working within a matrix team to ensure project success thus enabling AWE's critical mission.

Ideally, you would need to have previous experience working on large scale construction projects.

In your role you will:

  • Manage projects with focus on Governance (compliance and reporting).
  • Management of project resources (people, money).
  • Lead the planning of the task/project or function.
  • Lead, support, and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
  • Lead, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.
  • The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.


Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following:

  • A Project Management practitioner qualification/membership or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience working within a similar highly regulated industry would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills and natural ability to build and maintain customer relationships across all levels.
  • Experience to manage multiple and/or complex, high value, cross-functional projects.
  • Skills to create and update all project documentation, including project management plans and supporting risks, assumptions, actions, issues & dependencies.
  • Demonstrable application of methods to track project deliverables including implementing key performance indicators and producing project progress reports.
  • Ability to lead and initiate risk techniques to manage complex project risks and interdependencies with efficient mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Experience to manage projects through a lifecycle and the associated governance, including stage gate approvals.
  • Dynamic and supportive approach to team management, encouraging and empowering team members to quickly adapt and respond to change and to adopt the company's vision.
