About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Security Officer to join the team at Zone 3 of the Deeside Industrial Estate. This is a part-time position and will be working a split shift.
Key Responsibilities
Opening the Site:
- Monday to Friday, 5:30 am – 5:45 am
- Walk through the building, disarm the alarm, and ensure the site is ready for the cleaning team (arriving at 6:00 am)
- No additional duties required during this time
Closing the Site:
- Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Carry out agreed tasks on site
- Secure the property each evening
Additional Hours:
- Occasional overtime may be requested, with advance notice
Working Hours
- Total: 25 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday - split shift
Requirements
- SIA Badge: You must hold a valid SIA badge to be eligible for this role
- Punctual and reliable
- Trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to follow security procedures and protocols
- Previous security experience is an advantage but not essential

As a Security Officer at G4S, you are more than a Security Guard. - Ensure keys are handled in accordance with procedures laid down in the Assignment Instructions.
