Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user journey.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
- Integrate gamification principles (e.g., points, badges, leaderboards, challenges) into user interfaces to increase motivation and retention.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the gamification space.
- Articulate design rationale clearly and persuasively to team members and stakeholders.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability and engagement.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence and user advocacy within the remote team.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing gamified design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with gamification strategies and their application in digital products.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- A deep understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
