At *Bristol Gas Co.*, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality heating and plumbing services across the Bristol area. As a *Heat Geek Elite company*, we’re committed to industry-leading standards, particularly in the design and installation of *low-temperature heating systems* and *Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs)*.
As we move into the second half of the year, we’re kicking off a *major ASHP installation contract* across multiple properties in the Bristol area. We're expanding our team and looking for reliable, skilled subcontractors to support this exciting phase of work.
The Role:
We’re looking for a *Gas Safe registered Heating and Plumbing Engineer* with at least 2 years’ hands-on experience. You'll be working on a variety of domestic heating and plumbing tasks, including traditional systems and new ASHP installations.
This is a *flexible subcontractor role*, ideal for engineers looking for *3–5 days per week*, with *no minimum or maximum commitment*. Whether you're newly qualified and keen to prove yourself, or an experienced engineer looking for consistent, well-paid work – you’ll fit in well here. We’re actively recruiting engineers across a range of experience levels.
Responsibilities:
* Install, service, and repair domestic heating and plumbing systemsn* Carry out ASHP installations (training will be provided if required)n* Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionallyn* Maintain clear and accurate records of all work carried outn* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth delivery of projects
Requirements:
* *Gas Safe registered* (Preferred)n* Minimum of *2 years’ experience* in domestic heating and plumbingn* Must have *own van and tools.
