In this role, you'll apply your expertise across various critical tasks. You will supervise field investigations essential for contaminated site and hydrogeology studies, encompassing drilling, well construction, testing oversight, groundwater sampling, and water level monitoring. Much of your contribution will be scoping, executing, interpreting, and reporting on aquifer tests, ensuring robust data collection and analysis. You'll also be responsible for preparing high-quality interpretive technical reports that communicate findings, and you'll provide vital hydrogeological assessment and modelling support to our senior team members.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
+ A BSc or MSc degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
+ Two to five years of experience conducting and reporting on site-based hydrogeological assessments, site investigations, and groundwater monitoring programmes and interpreting and reporting on soil, groundwater, and gas data.
+ A strong commitment to health, safety and environmental protection.
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience in contributing to or delivering Hydrogeological Risk Assessments and Hydrogeological Impact Assessments is not required, but is highly desirable.
+ Experience in numerical groundwater modelling, or geochemical modelling and hydrochemical analysis is not required but would also be advantageous.
+ You must be willing to travel to UK offices and project sites and hold a full, clean UK driving license.

Assisting the Production Team Leader in the safe and efficient running of the plant, you will undertake technical and operational duties, which include plant monitoring and maintenance to ensure maximum plant availability and performance. Key Responsibilities
- To carry out operational routines and inspections.
- Operate plant and equipment in accordance with operational procedures.
- Carry out 'frontline' maintenance activities in accordance with the approved processes and procedures.

- To complete pre-start checks, commissioning and de-commissioning activities.
- Ensure accurate and concise shift handovers.
- Support the Production Team Leader in preparation of safety documents.
- Work as an integral part of the shift team ensuring the safe and effective operations of the plant.
- To ensure safe working practices and procedures are adhered to.
- Assist and cover duties within the fuel and ash team.
