A key client is seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join our team on a freelance basis, supporting the successful delivery of our big project in Bristol.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a high-profile scheme, contributing to the regeneration of a key area in the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are met.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams effectively
- Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Drive a positive site culture and uphold the contractor's high standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on similar construction projects

Working to support a site based Project Manager, the successful candidate will be maintaining full visibility on site, be responsible for co-ordinating and monitoring the supply chain in terms of quality control, delivery to project milestones and Health & Safety. There will likely be some live works as part of the contract so it's essential that the Site Manager is well versed in co-ordinating and executing works in a live environment.
