Site Manager - High End Residential - Demo - Kensington - ASAP

Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Kensington.

This project is 22 weeks in duration and due to start ASAP.

Project value is approx. £10m.

Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and Demoliton.

Criteria:

• Valid CSCS/CCDO
• Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on demolition projects
• Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £m - 0m.
