Role: General Practice Manager
Location: Eastbourne
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:15)
Minimum 30 hours/4 days considered
Pay: From 47,000 per annum (DOE, non-negotiable)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a General Practice Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a respected and forward-thinking professional services firm based in Eastbourne.

- Strong technical proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership capability with experience supervising and motivating teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial planning and operational efficiency
The Role:
- Lead the financial planning and reporting function, ensuring accurate budget management and performance tracking
- Supervise and support a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development
- Maintain robust systems and internal controls, continuously improving workflows and processes
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic planning
- Conduct financial analyses to support forecasting and data-driven decisions
- Oversee preparation of VAT returns and provide sound tax planning advice
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships
- Drive improvements in operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and profitability
- Manage financial data, prepare management accounts, and produce timely financial reports
