Experience in the Health Sector and public sector contracts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and safety standards.
  • Manage asset and maintenance systems (Synbiotix, SFG20, HTMs).
  • Oversee supply chain performance and act as Water Responsible Person (L8/HTM 04-01).
  • Monitor estate condition, manage repairs, and lifecycle planning.
  • Produce KPI and performance reports.
  • Promote a safety culture and meet standards (e.g., ISO).
