As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive a technology-first, data-driven marketing engine that powers growth across QUOODA (compliance SaaS) and Ark Workplace Risk (risk and safety consultancy). This is not a traditional marketing role but driving towards Marketing 6.0: you will prioritise AI and automation over headcount, collaborating closely with the IT Director and CTO to embed smart systems that eliminate repetitive tasks and maximise strategic throughput.
Our ambition is clear: to operate a high-impact group-wide marketing function with just three marketing specialists, underpinned by intelligent tools and performance-led execution. You will be the operational linchpinensuring marketing delivery is lean, intelligent, and directly connected to revenue.
While this role is operationally rigorous, it also demands creative instinct. You will be expected to develop smart, differentiated ideas that capture audience attention and cut through noiseelevating the quality, tone, and impact of content and campaigns. You will lead the charge in making our messaging more engaging, relevant, and conversion-oriented, shaping how QUOODA and Ark are perceived by target buyers.
Rather than leading creative ideation independently, your strength lies in orchestrating and synthesising content through the brand lens created by internal subject matter experts and external partners. You will be accountable for ensuring consistent execution, precise targeting, and measurable ROIwhile supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) success and new client acquisition through strategic ecosystem engagement.
Required Experience
- Substantial experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, compliance, PropTech, or consulting environments.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot and campaign automation; capable of building and managing multi-touch sequences.
- Clear track record of tech-first thinkingapplying AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or workflow automation in marketing.
- ABM practitionercan segment, sequence, and close based on ICPs and firmographics.
- Strong stakeholder engagementespecially with tech, data, product, sales, and commercial leadership.
- Experience in PE-backed or hyper-growth environments preferred; understands cost-to-impact ratios.

About the Role
The role will provide subject matter expertise for Watchlist Screening initiatives across the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) division of LexisNexis Risk Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for our Screening business. You will work closely with all functions including product, technology, data operations, marketing, and professional services to ensure an end-to-end focus for data, software, and operational automation. This leader will drive product improvements through enhancements in false positive reduction, utilizing advance analytics and modelling techniques. The leader will also need to keep current with FCC compliance requirements, industry trends and compliance best practices.
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for our Screening business.
+ Motivate and educate internal sales teams, both Direct and Alliances, on the key aspects of FCC transaction monitoring solutions.
+ Perform ideation, research, and planning to develop product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer needs.
+ Partner with Marketing and Regional Market Planners to expand market presence, heighten brand awareness and trust, and intelligently drive qualified leads to Sales.
+ Partner with Professional Services on consultative selling and customer management.
+ Develop market segmentation and identify unique needs of each key segment, to help inform GTM approach for screening solutions, across regions and industries.
+ Continually develop compelling case studies to highlight the value of our screening solutions, accelerating sales and increasing win rates.
+ Meet with select high value clients to ensure they are getting the most value they can from our solutions
+ Provide insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry trends, regulatory trends and market drivers to inform strategy and improve knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Experience / Skills:
+ Must have advanced knowledge of FinCEN and FFIEC guidance as well as BSA compliance, and a minimum of five years of experience conducting complex investigations involving various typologies.
+ Cross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with key partners across a large, global and matrixed organization.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
+ Proficiency at managing complex agendas.
+ Additional skills required include business acumen and strategic planning, disciplined management of team and agenda, critical thinking and analytical skill, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Domain expertise in the FCC space.
+ Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business processes is a plus.
