The Graduate Planning pathway supports both Cognate (RTPI Accredited Town Planning) and Non Cognate (Undergraduate, including those Undergraduates with the opportunity to study towards a Town Planning Masters through a day release programme).
**Birmingham & London** - This location will lead you to become a fully qualified Chartered Town Planner (member of the RTPI).
**Manchester** - This location will lead you to become a fully qualified Chartered Town Planner (member of the RTPI), working within the 2022 Insider 'Planning Consultancy Team of the Year'.
**What You'll Do**
· Participate in planning reviews and interpret planning policies and legislation.
· Production of Due diligence reports to assess potential constraints and opportunities of various projects.
· Carry out detailed site appraisals to analyse site conditions, suitability, and potential development constraints against planning policy and legislation.
· Assist in the formulation of strategies on planning submissions, ensuring compliance with planning policies and regulations.
· Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals on a variety of projects, contributing to strategic planning and project management.
· Monitor and report on the progress of projects and planning application, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
· Engage with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and the community, to gather input and maintain open lines of communication
· Shape policy frameworks, through supporting the production of Regeneration Frameworks, and prepare representations to policy consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
This role is part of the Envision Graduate Scheme . As a Graduate Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on projects at construction sites alongside our Commissioning Manager, Project Manager, and other team members.
- Ensuring the project adheres to relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for international business projects
- Communicate with line manager and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Overseeing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Monitor and report project progress to project manager
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and best
Qualification and Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with document or task management tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Ability to travel within Europe and internationally as required.
