Solution Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Develop the concept of warehouse layout with mobile robotics technology
- Evaluate and select components and solutions considering technical and economic aspects
- Analyze customer data to find the optimal solution
- Introduce and present solutions to customers in Europe, provide technical clarification/expertise
- Specify and request third-party components
- Prepare tenders and calculate project costs
Required capabilities, and skills:
- Completion of a degree in logistics, industrial engineering or other engineering majors
- Experience in automation logistics, good understanding of logistics processes is a plus
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with practical application experience
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills

- Delivery Process Standardization: Work with the local hardware team to identify process gaps, improve delivery workflows, and develop standardized operating procedures to enhance project efficiency and quality across the EU region
- Pilot Project Support: Provide engineering support throughout pilot projects, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are met
