About the Program

The 12- month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide you with the tools, training, and experience needed to build a successful career in tech as a Business Analyst. No prior experience? No problem. At TEG, we provide the foundation you need to succeed, combining structured training with hands-on project experience.


You will begin in our Operations team, developing a deep understanding of our customers and business processes through roles in Customer Support, Onboarding, or Customer Success. From there, you will transition into a Business Analyst role, where you will learn how to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions—gaining the confidence and skills to grow your career at TEG.


When working as a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in transforming business needs into functional requirements that enhance TEG’s SaaS products. Working closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and developers, you will help shape product features that deliver value to our customers and accelerate time-to-market.
